Principia High School
10th - 12th Grade
What is Principia High School?
Principia High School is an innovative model developed from the best of education reform for the 21st century: steeped in values, a pursuit of truth, and real-world training for innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Principia starts with
FIRST PRINCIPLES.
At Principia High School, learners gain a firm grasp of First Principles, so they are equipped to create, build, and pursue their dreams.
What are First Principles?
First Principles are the foundational truths that help learners understand how the world works at its most basic level. Rather than simply memorizing information or accepting information, learners are challenged to ask: What is true? What is the root cause? What can be built from here?
Innovation
When young people learn to think from First Principles, they develop the ability to solve problems, question assumptions, see patterns, and create new solutions.
At Principia High School we accept young people who are committed to living their design and meeting and increasing their potential. It is an environment that inspires youth to think big, dream bigger, and work hard to gain the skills they individually need to succeed.
Two types of learning.
Principia is dedicated to the highest standards of learning in both areas of Classical Academics and Innovative Technology, allowing learners to be prepared to pursue their dreams in today’s world.
.
Our method is not “desks, long lectures, homework, grades and tests.”
Our innovative approach allows young people to dig deeper, learn faster, and pursue more than just academics.
We invite them to reach for the stars.
At Principia High School we coach, we mentor, and we guide…
young people into their calling, and how to find the unique giftings they alone have to change the world -like only they can do.
Our innovative approach allows young people to dig deeper, learn faster, and pursue more than merely academics. We invite them to reach for the stars.
